Kalpana Gurram
Kalpana has over 14 years of tax preparation experience and is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA). She loves working in the tax preparation industry because she gets to meet new people, help them solve problems, and save money. In her free time, she likes to go on walks with friends and work on brain puzzles like Sudoku. As the President of GurramTax, Kalpana is the powerhouse behind the business. She works primarily with business clients and high-complexity individual clients and provides crucial financial advice through GurramTax’s Tax Planning service.
Smitha Allerson
Smita graduated from St. Olaf College in 2016 as a Political Science and Religion double major. She then worked at the Savannah College of Art and Design for two years as an Assistant Director of Enrollment. Seeing the growth potential at GurramTax, Smita decided to advance her career by joining as the Operations Manager in 2018. Smita handles many of the day-to-day operations of running a small business, and makes sure everything is working smoothly for the GurramTax team and its clients.

Sailaja Jonnalagedda
Sailaja holds a Master’s degree from India. She is a mother of two and has a passion for cooking, gardening, and video games. She began working at GurramTax in 2016 as a tax preparation assistant. Since then, Sailaja has advanced to the position of a Tax Preparer and works with clients in preparing individual tax returns. She seeks to provide excellent customer service and loves being a resource for her clients.
